She has been Chief Talent Officer/ Managing Director of Leadership at KPMG, JPMorgan Chase, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Greystone & Co. She spearheaded large-scale organizational change efforts, advising at the CEO level on strategy alignment, culture, values, leadership, performance management, and customer focus. She has been a leader in complex global mergers, working with top management on strategy and vision for the new company. She has been an execution-focused leader accountable to CEOs and run large departments with multi-million dollar budgets. She has developed leadership programs for thousands of executives and specialized leadership programs for potential CEOs and Management Committee Members (one company became #2 Best Company for Training). She has coached countless C-Suite executives and has hard-won knowledge of how they succeed or fail.
